All subscriptions and digital purchases made on Taxi Invoice Maker are generally non-refundable because the services are prepaid and activated instantly after successful payment.

We do not operate any automatic recurring billing system. Users manually purchase or renew subscriptions as required.

However, refunds may be considered in the following situations:

• Duplicate payment made accidentally
• Incorrect amount charged due to technical issues
• Payment deducted but subscription not activated
• Verified transaction errors from our system

Refund Processing Time
